Complete the online Registration Application in advance of your appointment.
Come in for a confidential evaluation at our private, conveniently located office in Kaimuki.
Original conditions in 2000 (SB 862): Cancer, Glaucoma, HIV/AIDS, a chronic condition that causes cachexia, severe pain, severe nausea, severe muscle spasms (ie. MS and Crohn's Disease), or seizures (ie. epilepsy).
